Galley Kitchen

A Westminster based client had a long and narrow kitchen that was in need of replacing with bespoke furniture. We were called in by her Interior Designer, and together we worked out an arrangement that would accommodate her requirements, including the housing of a dishwasher; concealed waste bin; several drawers; and a hinged worktop flap that could be swung out to provide for additional space.

Construction of the cabinet fronts and exteriors was in European beech, with a small inset bead in contrasting walnut running around the perimeter of the door frame, while upper doors featured a brass grille set behind clear glass.

A small cornice finished the top of wall cabinets against the ceiling, with worktops in a durable oiled hardwood reinforced the practicality, as well as handmade furniture feel, of this exquisite compact space kitchen.
